Most endeavors affiliated with the Wynn immediately turn to gold, and it's no different with this praiseworthy establishment. Graced by views of the pool and appaluded for its somewhat secluded setting, Tableau enjoys a south-of-France impulse that shines through in dishes like roasted chicken with truffled salsify and chanterelles. Similarly delicious are pancetta-wrapped monkfish and roasted rack of lamb with chestnut flan. Fabulous tasting menus are a popular option, and there's even a vegetarian version. Early on, breakfast and lunch were available only to hotel guests; that's no longer a restriction.
