The bulk of the more than 4,400 rooms at The Luxor are housed inside a 30-story bronze reflective pyramid with a light-beam shooting out of the top of it that can be seen by incoming pilots for hundreds of miles. The hotel/casino features the world's largest atrium (which can reportedly hold up to 9 jumbo jets); 120,000 square feet of casino space; several fine restaurants and lounges; a attractions level with an IMAX theater, SEGA arcade, and a motion-simulator ride; a full-size replica of King Tut's Tomb; men's and women's health spa; and five pools. Prices start at around $79 per night for a standard-double and go up from there.
